Sometimes we are an interesting people. I have met people who are extremists on both sides of the spectrum as to what to put and what not to put in their body. Some people say they will only deal with natural medicines because the drug companies are trying to kill them. Often refusing vaccinations and medicines that may heal them. Some people are allergic to these vaccinations, don’t get me wrong.

Other people are on the opposite side of the spectrum and are not willing to try anything that may help them but is outside the normal to them.

I am seeing a holistic therapist who helps me a lot and I am thankful for her. I am also thankful for medicine that makes me feel better and herbs that make me feel better. However, sometimes, we forget, everything we put in our bodies has a side affect…even herbs.

Today was that day for me. I drank a tea without thinking…without looking at the ingredients just blindly trusted in it. Some of my religious friends say that herbal teas are better…not green teas and not black teas nor white teas…just herbal. Well, look at your ingredients some time…that’s what I learned.

If I would have, I would have found out that the tea I drank had safflower in it, safflower (Now that I know) does not react well with my body. After reading about it, I found this flower can be a good relaxing thing…offering things like a laxative for people who care constipated…which I was not. It can lower cholesterol…which is good. It may help with menstruation and cramping…which is nice as well.

However, if I would have read about the ingredients I place in my body I would have known that sometimes, if you are allergic to certain weeds, this may not be the herb for you. I would have also known that it may cause extreme chest pain.
Common Uses of Kamagra (Sildenafil Citrate) for Men levitra low cost Erectile Dysfunction- Sildenafil is an effective treatment for erectile dysfunction. This article looks at a couple viagra generic canada of examples of cracker victims. So, don’t take the actual drug every day. viagra sildenafil canada Cheap Kamagra is generic levitra 5mg also available in various fruity flavors.
So here I am, basically taking a laxative that is causing me chest pain. I thought something was stuck in my throat or I had heartburn or something. So Tried to get what was in my throat unstuck while having the extreme urge to poo every five seconds!

Arg. It was horrid. I was so upset and scared, wondering why. I have esophageal asthma…which means my esophagus constricts at times. I took an inhaler wondering if that would help with no such luck. I took ant acids which only made me throw up. It was a mess to clean up. To make things worse as I was cleaning the bathroom mat, the hand wash detergent spilt…and I landed in it and the other mess.

So my bathroom smells very pretty now that the detergent went everywhere…after researching what I ate to make chest pain and poo-poo appear I felt a sense of relief. So yes, after an allergy pill…antacid and an inhaler…the pain lowered.

What did I learn? Every thing has a side affect…whether it is too many carrots turning you orange, Tylenol causing constipation or this flower hurting me, everything has a side affect. You just have to learn what is good for the body and what is bad.
